DEEP BLUE

Deep Blue is a true solid, concentrated color that is suitable for tinting blacks or washes for water effects. Mix it with Deep Green for a nice turquoise and tint it with Brite White for lighter blues. Use it with other blues to create contrasts and gradients. It's a great all-around color.
