This StarBrite color was mixed by James Mullin , one of the artists on the StarBrite Pro-Team. "I created the Undertone series because I wanted colors that fit the style of illustration I like to do. Starbrite already has vibrant colors, but I wanted to use more muted and darker tones to contrast with the brighter tones. So I mixed ten new colors with that in mind.
