TITANIUM BLUE

This StarBrite color was mixed by James Mullin , one of the artists on the StarBrite Pro-Team. "I created the Undertone series because I wanted colors that fit my style of illustrative art. StarBrite already offers some bright colors, but I wanted to use more muted and darker tones to contrast with the brighter tones. So I mixed ten new colors with that in mind.
